Caroline Foundation, Inc.

The Caroline Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity that provides grant funding to nonprofit organizations that provide medical and/or health-related services to residents of Caroline County. The Caroline Foundation does not fund capital projects.

Mid-Shore Community Foundation manages the grantmaking process on behalf of the Caroline Foundation.

There is one (1) grant cyle per year. The application opens April 1st and the deadline for submission is July 1st. Applicants are notified in November.
